It’s a cliche — but I want to lose some weight this year. Or, more accurately, I want to be able to fit into my pants again.

After moving to an apartment on the first floor of my new building this past summer, I’ve gained about 20 pounds simply through no longer climbing stairs. So my new mantra is “move more, eat less.”
