Mother fucking MovableType. Somehow it decided to ping my previous entry to both SixApart and Gothamist. And then it pinged them a second time when I edited the entry title. Trackback can be deadly.

Update: I guess that’s what happens when you have “TrackBack auto-discovery” checked on the preference page. But I wish there was some way MT could prompt you before automatically sending those pings.
