Hit or Miss

Abs.

I don’t know what my problem is. Even when I was going to step aerobics 2 or 3 times a week in undergrad and was reasonable limber, I had trouble trouble doing sit-ups or crunches. Now that I’ve sat on my ass for three years of grad school and am trying to get back in shape, I can barely lift my shoulders off the ground.

I think my problem may be related to the lower back problems that I have. Do I need to get one of these things? How do you keep your abs in such great shape, Chris?
