The New Hiptop

It’s not supposed to be out until the end of the year, but some photos of the new Hiptop prototype are surfacing.

I’m enjoying my new Sony Clie TJ37, but it just isn’t the same as having a Hiptop. I need to cancel my personal Sprint phone because I never use it anymore (thanks to having to carry my work phone 24 hours a day), so maybe I’ll get a Hiptop when the new model comes out.

I loved my Sidekick before I had to give it up due to financial constraints. The thing I enjoyed the most is the Always Connected factor. With wifi, you have to be in a hot zone to do anything…with the Sidekick/Hiptop, you could surf, email, IM, whatever…as long as you were on signal.
