The best thing about summer

Step 1: chop in half.
Step 2: lightly salt.
Step 3: eat with a spoon.
I’ve always salted my avacodos, but a student recently told me that when she studied abroad in Brazil, people would dust them with sugar. I’ll have to try that. Yum.
And here I thought you were talking about watermelon! Mmmm…salted watermelon…
