The Good, the Bad, and the Training Week.

Good: Getting to supervise a great staff of Student Advisors.

Bad: Losing my assistant director today after she was promoted to be director of another hall.

Good: Getting an absolutely kick ass new assistant director.

Bad: I still have to get my building and staff of students ready for opening this Sunday as my old assisant director gets ready to move to her new building and my new assistant director gets ready to move from her old building.

Good: My staff forming wonderful bonds with each other. They snuck out last night and chalked phrases about how great Centennial Hall is on the sidewalks in front of all the other halls.

Bad: Uh….. nothing. I can’t believe I didn’t get yelled at by any of the higher up administrators today because of it.
