Illustrator Edward Gorey Dead at 75. Most people are probably familiar with Gorey’s work from the opening credits to the PBS show Mystery. I on the other hand will always remember his wonderful illustrations for one of my favorite book series, by John Bellairs (including my favorite, The Treasure of Alpheus T. Winterborn).
